YEAR ONE

 The first year of Virtue’s program is spent building relationships. 

• Shaping and forming relationships (group meets one day/wk & individual time is given as needed) 

  • Spiritual and biblical guidance

  • Home and family guidance and mentorship

  • Teaching the skills of keeping hands hearts and minds busy with positive activities

YEAR TWO

 The second year of Virtue’s program is spent teaching and guiding women in their homes, church, community and in the workplace.

Our 2026 initiative, Year Two of VBD, is to continue to support the needs as done in 2025, as we add our Project “House-to-Home”. Through this project, we will serve women within their homes on a weekly basis. During these visits, VBD will provide instruction in home management, daily routines, financial management, meal planning and preparation, family engagement, and foundational biblical principles, including salvation, serving Christ, and serving our families and communities. In addition, entrepreneurship classes will be offered one to two days per week. These classes will focus on developing handcrafting skills, marketing strategies, and business start-up fundamentals.

YEAR THREE

 Women step into independence, actively applying skills gained in Years One and Two

• VIRTUE BY DESIGN CONTINUES TO WALK ALONGSIDE WOMEN BY:

  • IN HOME VISITS

  • OPEN COMMUNICATION FROM VBD WEEKLY WITH EACH PARTICIPANT

  • PARTICIPANTS GIVE BACK BY LEADING A YEAR ONE OR TWO PROJECT

  • ASSISTING IN THEIR MOVEMENT TOWARD ENTREPRENEURIAL WORK
